Good customer service, clean rooms, big pool and jacuzzi

Pros: * The room was spacious and cleaning services were available upon request. * Wi-Fi around the room was accessible, however, there was poor connectivity in the restroom. * The pool and gym services were clean and spacious. * The security for the whole hotel was excellent. * Staff were responsive and ready to assist with enquiries or issues.

Cons: * The TV had cable, however, was not a smart TV and didn't have some of the more frequently used entertainment apps like YouTube or Netflix.

Pros: Spacious room. Very clean. Staff helpful. Location is great. Not far from the airport (about 20 to 30minutes). Access to a big shopping mall where you can eat, buy whatever you forgot to bring from home and safe neighbourhood.

Cons: Wifi was not great. In the room I didnt get a stable connection. It was frustrating.

Perfect place to relax, excellent place to stay.

Pros: As a frequent traveler, I consider Escott as a top tier place to stay in the area. Beds are comfortable, pillows are great. Room are spacious and the staff was very polite friendly and helpful. Will be a preferred place to stay on return trips. 100% great all around place.

Cons: Me having to leave to continue my travel.

Pros: I booked a one bed service apartment at Ascot for my sister’s 50th bday . The staff made an effort so she’ll feel special on that day. She was upgraded to an executive room! Such a surprise and nice gesture! She even had a cake. Also, our fur babies received a surprise treats too! The staff were amazing, the room facilities were great! We will definitely come back!

Pros: The location connecting it to the shopping malls is perfect!

Cons: Temporary closure of it’s entrance while renovations are ongoing making drop off/pick up a challenge.

Pros: Nice clean good access for the mall Unit itself is nice

Cons: You can’t get a breakfast inclusive rate Major building work going on outside entrance resulting in difficulty with own car The hotel should advise car owners to go to basement 3 and do bag pickup from there is much easier as took 15 minutes to go around and get back into mall hotel car park CNN not part of TV package very annoying
