Simply the best hotel! Love there Peninsula !

Pros: Simply the best!!!! Attention to detail, fabulous staff, nothing an issue for them including early check in and late check out. Wonderful food and incredible facilities.

We really enjoyed our stay and the staff were excellent.

Pros: The staff were extremely helpful and obliging. The room was very clean and comfortable and the shower worked really well. I loved the swimming pool!

Cons: We thought the Asian restaurant was rather pricy with not much choice.

Perfect stay in the heart of Makati

Pros: Overall decoration of the hotel is amazing, well designed and elegant. From pick up from the airport to also dropping me off at the airport the customer service of all staff was incredible. Felt so relaxed and at home there. Matthew on the concierge desk was incredibly helpful and honest which I really appreciated. The breakfast buffet was varied with plenty for everyone. Spices restaurant was delicious. the Gym and swimming pool were awesome. Rochelle in the spa was amazing, I can't recommend her Peninsula Massage enough! Room had everything you need and was spacious.

Cons: Only a slight criticism was that 3/4 nights I was woken up multiple times by the room next door. Not the hotels fault since they called the room and told them to quiet down straight away. Probably says more about people really dont care about others these days..

Fantastic hotel in a great location

Pros: Absolutely loved staying at the Manila Peninsula it was the best. The lobby was unreal. So beautiful. The breakfast was fantastic!

Peninsula did not disappoint

Pros: Room was of good size, bathroom exceptional. Breakfast for such a highly rated hotel unimpressive if you are looking for western options. Stuff was very helpful and polite. The lobby is the focal point and wow factor in this property. F&b options within the hotel are very very good.

Cons: Breakfast was weak for such a highly rated hotel.

Pros: Lobby is super grand with live musicians playing. Staff servicing the rooms, they go above and beyond! The best buffet in town Great restaurants on site (like Spices) All the staff are amazingly well trained and polished! The toiletries are impeccable and the best quality I have ever seen! Bed is prepared for you before you sleep, where they change your sheets and prep everything including mats and slippers next to the bed. Absolute luxury

Cons: The rooms showing age, carpets are old. Not enough toilet paper during the 3 day stay
