Pros: The Location is perfect, Greenbelt is across the road, shops , cafes and restaurants. The Hotel is super clean and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The staff ... this is were your stay becomes an experience or a past memory. The staff are absolutely fabulous! Very polite and welcoming. The staff at Macaron Cafe definitely make your stay enjoyable and memorable. Fantastic service and exceptional service.

Cons: There's nothing i can say , for improvement. Fairmont Hotel has ticked all the boxes.

Pros: Amazing hotel with great staff. Hotel is clean and well positioned in Manila. The value for money and selection and quality of food in the restaurant was exceptional.

Pros: Good service from the stafd. I like the room and the bed is so comfy.

Pros: Overall signature scent was very pleasant. The room size was good. Service, amenities and facilities (good size of the pool) were outstanding. Location is safe and very accessible to all malls, rain or shine. All staff were attentive and friendly.

Pleasant stay with professional and friendly staff

Pros: Very friendly and professional staff I had an issue with the concierge booking me a hotel taxi, I expressed my dissatisfaction with that and the manager quickly stepped in to resolve it and ensured they reversed the billing for the service.

Cons: F&B quality has really declined over the years. I have been staying at this hotel yearly ever since it opened and I really miss the quality of Filipino food they used to serve at breakfast and at in room dining
