Pros: Excellent service. All the staff couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable. The location was perfect.

Pros: Helen on the reception desk was very helpful n accommodating. Our one special need is a very cold air conditioner. If not i have problems sleeping. When we arrived it was night n after tryjng out the air con we requested a change of room which was agreed to for the next day as they were fully booked. The next day we reminded her n she sent a tech to rectify the problem so we ended up not needing to change rooms after all. We have always had very good experience at Celeste. Although the hotel is a bit dated ,its clean n well maintained so we re happy to return It was my 4th time there. Location is AAA One point hope can be improved is the shower pressure. Tq

Best hotel in Makati!

Pros: Great location, great staff , great hotel. Amazing customer service, everyone was incredibly friendly and kind. My room was super clean and attended to daily. There was an issue with the card holder that controls the power (AC/Lights/TV) ,it kept turning on and off, I notified the front desk and it was fixed right away. AC is super strong too! They accommodated my every need. Thank you Celeste for the amazing experience during my stay.

Great value, great staff, great comfort!

Pros: The room was great, spacious, clean and quirky. The bed was massive and super comfortable, the pillows were lovely and soft, I slept really well here. I was surprised because I didn't expect a lot due to the price, but it I was very happy with this hotel. There's not a lot in terms of facilities, but you're on the doorstep of Greenbelt, so it's all there if you need it. The staff were excellent and the breakfast was lovely. Will definitely stay here next time I'm in Makati.

Classic styled room and with a great location.

Pros: I liked the interior of the hotel and my room, which was very classic with wooden flooring. It was kept clean and the hotel personnels were nice and very welcoming. I also liked how the hotel is less than a 5 minute walk to shopping malls.

Nearly Great

Pros: Lovely Staff, nice room, huge and comfortable bed, great location.

Cons: Breakfast - no healthy options i.e. yoghurt, muesli, fruit. The offerings were well cooked and big, filled you up for the day, but too much every day, I did manage to get some toast, but it wasn't offered, I asked out of desperation and it wasn't a problem, but what else hadn't they offered. No outdoor area to relax, the rooftop area was not inviting, no seating or shade, and seemed to be for smokers, making it even less appealing.
