Pros: I like the staff in particular because they are sensitive to their clients' needs. Very helpful, kind and non discriminating. My niece especially liked it when staff addressed her as sir. Though i treated her as niece , still i am happy for her. She felt welcomed and accepted.

The stay in the unit was almost perfect. I will definitely stay here again next time.

Pros: The room was nice and clean, though the towel had a slight kulob smell. The internet connection was great, and the positioning of the lightbulbs was good. I also liked the view from the little veranda. Overall, we had a good rest before my next flight at 9am.

Cons: I got out of the airport at 11:45 after a long trip from Qatar, plus the extended wait at immigration and for luggage pick-up, so I’m completely exhausted.\

I have stayed at One Palm Tree Villas before and that is why I chose to stay again when I had unexpected flight changes.

Pros: The property is clean, secure and very close to the airport (Terminal 3). A quick 10-15minute walk from T3 to Villa.

Cons: Exactly what I needed for a 14 hour stop over.

Pros: Clean, and orderly, stuff for kitchen is complete, looking forward of coming back again

Cons: Pretty much nothing, if i would like to request is hairdryer.

Excellent value, clean and great location.

Pros: The room was exceptionally clean and like new condition. The Air-Con was nice and cold. My only issue was the hot water didn't get going but the pipes thru the condo kept the water for showering manageable. Wi-fi was strong.

Cons: I didn't feel any hot water while showering. The heater was plugged-in but no visible indicator of a light that it was on.

Pros: Cercanía desde la T3, accedes cómodamente sin necesidad de transporte.

Cons: Debes esperar a que te traigan la llave, por lo que si llegas a horas intempestiva tras el vuelo no es muy recomendable. Por lo demás muy bien.
