Pros: If you’re low budget this is a better place you need to book..

Cons: Low budget room are no space, no cabinet. You need to move your luggage in sala to change your clothes.. Around the kitchen and sala are smell bad like white balls for unti cochroach..

Budget Friendly Stay

Pros: The room is for budget friendly stay. It's worth the price. I hope you can put a small clothing rack inside the room so we can arrange our stuff well.

Cons: We can hear the noises from the living area and other street or neighbors noises.

Pros: Booked the Budget Double Room and stayed for more than 10 days. The place is conveniently located to most of the shops that cater to the community. The house is clean and with all the basic facilities. Caretaker Connie is very helpful and the owner Miss Elsa is approachable and responsive to messages.

Pros: Maganda yung unit malinis lalo na yung bathroom at kitchen. May mga gamit din sila dun kung gusto mo mag luto pwede mo gamitin. Secure yung unit nila kasi napakadaming lock. Sa room naman nila budget yung inavail namin maliit lang siya pero malinis.

Cons: Medyo mahina yung aircon nila pero may paelectric fan naman sila dun.
