Telly's Studio Across NAIA3

Fabulous

Pros: It had everything needed - washing machine/drying rack, cooking stuff, nice clean bathroom and shower. Really good amenities. Great location. I wish we had stayed longer here. Will definitely come back in the future.

Pros: Location near the airport terminal 3. You just have to cross w the footbridge at the top floor of the terminal and walk a few meters.

Cons: Ok for one night stop over. The water dispenser didn't work

Convenient for overnighting at MNL T3 and all good.

Pros: All good. Room was just what we needed for an overnight, and handy for anyone having to suffer the usual 'Manila transfer' problem trying to get to their actual destination. Walking distance to Terminal 3, although the giant overbridge from the terminal is a bit tricky to find (level E?), but we worked in out. Some local convenience stores nearby. Safe area to walk at night.

Cons: nothing, all good.

Property near the airport

Pros: Lots of shops in the area and it is near Terminal 3. Easy access.

Cons: Nothing.

Will come back - good for transit

Pros: Close to NAIA 3 even with our big luggages. We walked through the overpass and took the back road to the condo unit Water provided Clean

Cons: Can hear the traffic The person at the reception didn’t know we are arriving so needed to contact the owner (took 15mins for everything to be sorted)

Great value and modern room

Pros: Amazing value for a modern and clean room right next to the airport.

We had a very comfortable overnight stay. If going back to Philippines again will definitely book this unit!!!

Pros: Its a nice, cute, tidy and very well maintained condo unit. Very responsive.

Cons: They should change the advert of the single bed to day bed to avoid confusion. Otherwise all good.

Close to the airport!

Pros: Very clean, spacious and organised! The property is close to the NAIA terminal 3 ramp - so a few minutes walk to the airport. Great for an overnight stay! There were toiletries provided and also wifi. Good one for the laundry machine. There were slippers provided. There is a balcony if that’s your thing. If youre taking Grab taxi - the guards will not let you in the building so be prepared to drop at the gate and then carry your bags inside the premises, but only for a short walk. The check in is seamless and the room is keyless with use of numberpad. Kitchen tools and dining sets are also available. There is a beautiful church nearby when you want to attend the service.

Cons: Only downside would be the noise from the motorway. It woke me up a couple of times despite my noise cancelling headphones. The room is not soundproof from such and I think that’s just common for many buildings in Manila. Also the blinds for the room is a bit thin and can get easily bright in the early morning. There is no luggage storage so you cant leave your baggage in the building. Bring your own drinking water as the water in the water jug provided is very old.

Pros: 5 min walk from the airport Self checkin quite practical as I have arrived at night AC working great Very very clean appartment The bed was comfy

Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect

Pros: All been good. Quick service which was comfy for us as we landed quite late. Toilet paper, shower gels , shampoo even hair conditioner was in. Good place to have night after long flight.

Cons: A bit noisy at night, would recommend to work out better sound proofing.
