convenient and easy access to mall

Pros: it's location easy access to greenbelt and glorietta mall. there is 7-11 store just next to lobby. we love this unit studio even though it's small but can accomodate 2-4 person. queen bed and sofa bed was great for us.

Cons: we were satisfied no regret

Almost perfect stay

Pros: The only thing we did not like about the place was the sewage smell in the toilet/bathroom area. We had to air freshener, mould spray cleaner to clean the grout between tiles and to mask the sewage smell. Otherwise if not for that everything was good. Hope they can do something about it or perhaps it’s because the building is coming of age as well. Staff were excellent!

Great location in Makati CBD! Very comfortable stay.

Pros: Great location in Makati CBD! Everything was reachable yet the vicinity is not that crowded, so it's very comfortable plus the view was tranquil. The accommodation itself was really nice and clean, and everything was provided for (toiletries, hair dryer, iron etc.)

Pros: The rooms are immaculately cleaned. The bed is very comfortable. The location is strategically close to Greenbelt and Makati CBD

Convenient location and great customer service

Pros: Location! Right across Legazpi Park and a relatively easy walk to places of interest in Makati CBD. The staff were friendly and very attentive. Room was very spacious. Washing machine was very handy and easy to operate. We had an issue of the aircon leaking but the staff attended to it as soon as possible. Was a comfortable stay.

Nice place for a short stay

Pros: Location is very safe and central. Small but convenient studio. Front desk staff is very nice and friendly. The Nono’s restaurant on the 1st floor is excellent. 7eleven is next to the buidlding

Cons: There is no toothbrush and toothpaste. Water heater was broken when I first came. They sent someone there to fix it soon after I told them the situation.
