Pros: There is no better location if you are in Makati. Greenbelt is at the front door, the staff are very good, it is not a snobbish place, and it does not cost a lot considering you’re in the best part of Makati. This is now my default place to stay when in Metro Manila.

Cons: Their main entrance is on the wrong side of traffic. Just exit your taxi on the drivers side, otherwise remember that moving vehicles are on the right side.

Pros: Great Filipino breakfast. The location odds handy to everywhere, specially since it’s next to makati green belt. More down to earth than BGC.

Cons: It’s on the left side of the street which makes getting in and out of transport tricky. Fortunately the staff are there to assist you at all times.

Charter House Never Disappoints

Pros: I like everything! Location, staff, facilities, everything! It’s not a 5-star hotel of course. But I think you get more than what you paid for.

Cons: During our stay, the building beside was having a major renovation. The noise and the vibration of the heavy equipment penetrates our room which is quite disturbing. Hotel cannot do anything about this which is not their fault.
