Lovely accomodation in a nice part of town.

Pros: Great spacious accommodation, well thought out in terms of layout and amenities. The bed was comfortable, the shower was good, Netflix worked well. It was nice and quiet but in a good location for some local restaurants and convenience store. Nice gardens opposite. Felt safe in this area. Communication was good from the team re arrival.

Cons: Was a bit concerned as we had an early check out and couldn’t get response from WhatsApp contact. However, all was straight forward when we went to reception so not a negative, just an initial worry.

Pros: We liked everything, immaculately CLEAN rooms, our housekeeper replaced our kettle when he saw its overused. The location is superb, walking distance to greenbelt. This is now my go to place and I’ll definitely come back! Thanks to the super nice STAFF!!

Xsuper place to spend a few days in Manila

Pros: Excellent experience. Hotel is 10 walk to Greenbelt Mall with great restaurants and shops incl Landmark. Desire made us very comfortsble. Room with balcony spotless and nice touches everywhere. Well done Desire…you looked after us very well. See you again

Pros: More of a studio apartment with full ammenities. I misplaced my gold ring and realised when i checked out. I reported to the guest officer attending to me. She managed to get the house keeping team to check. They found it and pass to me. Very honest hotel staff. 5 Star👌🙏

Great location and room.

Pros: Desiree greeted us in the lobby and gave us informations, she is so lovely and welcoming. Communication via watsup is very accurate and request were answered by hotel staff promptly. Receptionist and concierge are all courteous and welcoming. Kitchenette, toilet , beds are very comfy and clean. Location, 8 mins walk to greenbelt, garden park is just opposite. Store and restaurant is nearby.

Cons: Elevator needs repainting and neutral air freshener. 7th floor green area needs improvement where you can sit and have a drink. I think there is an area there that is sharing with staff on same floor and a bit noisy. And they dont greet and acknowledge guests. So, I left and went back to my room as I felt overwhelmed with their loud discussions. I hope they separate that area and put more natural plants and relaxing decor.
