Overall, the stay was positive, particularly in terms of cleanliness, staff service and location.

Pros: The room was clean and well maintained, and the bed comfort was decent. Staff were professional and hospitable, and housekeeping was very responsive. The location is a big plus — it’s within walking distance of Greenbelt Mall and many restaurants, which makes it very convenient.

Cons: The spiral parking ramp is very narrow and steep, making it challenging to drive both up and down. If you’re not extremely careful, you could easily scrape the side of your car against the wall.

Pros: Huge bed very comfortable I was level 26 so nice city view The staff were extremely friendly & helpful I had 2 separate issues with wifi in my room and within minutes they had someone up fixing the problem both times Can order a massage to your room Great Gym in the building

Cons: The room was lovely and comfy but mine was quite worn. 10 years ago this may have been a 5 star hotel but the room hasn't aged well. Some badly repaired patches on the wall, in the bath, worn carpets, older bedside tables etc. It was lovely, no complaints but definitely not worth the price that I was charged for it in comparison to a lot of places I stayed in the Philippines.

Pros: We enjoyed the hospitality. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating.

A wonderful stay with amazing staff who I can class as friends

Pros: I feel the staff make it so good that regardless of anything you may not like they will counteract that feeling.

Cons: I would say the building is showing its age but it’s still ok.

Pros: It is near Greenbelt, a big mall with all choices of foods; downstairs there's a Lawson where they have a big collection of instant noodles; the supermarket is farther than the above 2 though.

Cons: The breakfast is rather simple, but good enough for me for a quick bite with eggs and fruits. The smell from egg corner is a bit obvious though.

Pros: - staff is amazing, friendly and professional. Assisting to your every need and keep it personal. - location is awesome and really close to parks, malls, restaurants and a convenient store right below. - quite a quick ride to and from the aiport, approx. 20min with skyway. Depending on traffic. - rooms are spacious and clean - great gym - in house barbershop

Definitely comeback and recommend in my future visit in PH

Pros: Staffs are very accomodating and helpful from the concierge to reception to kitchen staffs

Cons: The lift access

It feels homely and relaxing place to stay

Pros: Quiet part of Makati and near the shopping mall and other part of the city

Cons: The exhaust fan from the toilet and the toilet flush is not strong enough

Pros: All was great, the chef during the breakfast was very nice, it could just have more fruit. I had a steak for dinner one night and it was excelent. The room super nice and clean including hallways. Stuff was very helpful anytime. Thank you.

Great Stay

Pros: Late check in was allowed. I booked for my brother,. The hotline can be called easily. Room was clean as usual. Already the 2nd time we booked this hotel. My brother loves their breakfast choices
