Secret Stay in the heart of Makati.

Pros: The location is close to Greenbelt shopping center, a short walk to restaurants and shops. Rooms have been renovated and are always clean, with a fridge, bottles of water etc. Staff are always friendly. The beds are comfortable and they provide plenty of pillows. Free parking is available. I've been using this hotel for many years now, it's my go to place when I have meetings in Manila. Not a lot of people know about this place, so it's like a secret venue I use for a quick and affordable stay in the heart of Makati.

Cons: The bathrooms are a little bit old and can do with an update. The shower is large and the water hot, but not a lot of water pressure. The aircon is hard to adjust in some rooms, since the thermostat doesn't work, so it's either on full blast, or off.

Hidden Gem in the heart of Greenbelt

Pros: This is a great location, right next to Greenbelt 3 shopping mall. The rooms aren't huge, but they are clean, comfy and have a fridge and amenities. They have been renovating the rooms so they're quite nice. The carpets are a bit dated, but always very clean. The bed is also really comfortable. When I come into Makati for work, this is my go to place for overnight stays, it's a hidden gem and I've been coming here for over fifteen years. The staff are always excellent. Highly recommended!

Cons: Nothing to complain about, it was up to the usual high standard of service it always is.

Excellent for business trips

Pros: Great location, clean room, great bed and shower, the Wifi is great, and there's a fridge in the room. Exactly what you need for a business trip in Manila. Close to restaurants at Greenbelt. Free parking too. I've been coming here for twenty years. It's a hidden gem in Makati.

Perfect place for business travelers.

Pros: The rooms are clean, most of them have been freshly renovated. They have refrigerators in the room, very clean bathrooms. Towels and sheets are first rate. Bed is very comfortable. Great aircon and it's right across from Greenbelt Mall.

Cons: Nothing. AIM has always been my preferred choice when staying in Makati for business.

Great location!

Pros: Rooms were clean. The staff at the front desk were always helpful and nice. Price was very reasonable. They also offer parking spaces (on a first come first serve basis) for guests which is great considering that it's Makati.

Cons: The TV in my room doesn't have a working remote control. It's okay though because I didn't really watch TV. I'm sure they would replace the batteries had I asked. :) A bidet in the bathroom would be a welcome addition.
