A comfortable stay in a good hotel

Pros: The hotel and the staff were warm and welcoming. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The location was central and we felt safe around the hotel with lots of restaurant choices. Will stay again

Cons: The floor of the 9th floor lift lobby adjoining the pool was wet and dangerously slippery one morning.

Pros: Quiet, well setup, good size rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast options.

Cons: Either ditch the incredibly fragile shower caps or find a usable option, please. It just ends up being wasteful.

Incredible stay at the iconic Raffles hotel

Pros: Seriously the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in and we are global travellers. The staff, the suite, the pool, the food and the drinks. Incredible!

Pros: Very friendly and client centric staff. Location of the hotel is excellent.

Cons: In the bathroom it took a while to get warm water, which is a waste of water. I had 2 x breakfast and both times the wisluty was very disappointing (except for the cappuccino which was ok).

A Perfect Place for Manila

Pros: A very good equipped Hotel. Excellent Breakfast and… for us important…a very good gym. The concierge, Mr. Gilbert was very kind and helped us perfectly to enjoy and organize everything in Manila. A special thank you to the very nice ladies at the reception (Abby and Dianne). They made us every time feel coming home.
