Overall very good

Pros: The buffet breakfast was excellent. Lots of variety and the staff were so friendly and accommodating

Cons: The bed pillows could be better. They were little hard.

Pros: Great hotel in a great location. Clean and comfy rooms. Excellent breakfast. If you are staying at the Dusit Thani Manila, I would highly recommend dining at the Benjarong restaurant which is located inside the hotel on the ground floor. Amazing Thai food! :)

My Go To in Manila

Pros: The Dusit is my Go-To when i’m inManila. It’s a quality hotel at a reasonable price. Breakfast in The Pantry is second to none. The choice is extensive with every cuisine catered for. The rooms and beds are super comfy and are serviced by ever so helpful Room Service team. Great location, handy for a choice of Malls, Food options and transport.

Cons: The lobby and grounds look superb, which only go to highlight the rooms and bathrooms will need to be upgraded in the next few years, I hope the planning has already started,.

Overnight here before flying home to Panglao

Pros: Fact I was upgraded FOC to a beautiful Suite. The large and well appointed Suite. The breakfast that is superb. The friendly and helpful staff. Close location to SM Mall.

Cons: Food and drinks are pricey. As is transportation.

A great & safe place to stay in Makati

Pros: Great location for Makati shopping. All staff were very helpful & polite. Room was a good size. Elevators were plentiful without a wait. Security was ok.

Cons: The actual room fittings are rather old and carpet in room felt unclean. The outside windows were very dirty spoiling the city views.

A real, luxurious treat to the family. Will definitely book again if I could (again) afford it.

Pros: Breakfast was superb! A lot of food choices. Very well presented! The slice of cake brought to the room of my niece since it was her birthday that day. That was very attentive. I requested for banners but maybe that was too much to ask.

Cons: The so many bellboys in the lobby. Some guests might need them but due to the wheels on the luggages, some guests would like to carry their ownsuitcases. Like we did. I felt quite guilty since I did not need their services.

Pleasant hotel in good location

Pros: Breakfast very good, servers are very helpful and polite. Eggs cooked just right. Room just the right size, not small or large. Shower very good. This hotel is a clean and comfortable space for single travelers. Shops very close to the hotel, lots of choices.
