Milia Condo w/ Free use of Swimming pool & Gym

Pros: Owner is responsive, clean and the appliances you need is all in there. Love the free pool and gym.💯💯

Cons: None

Pros: The property is in a lively area with restaurants and bars within walking distance. There are plenty of transport options available with tricycles and nearby tram. A clean apartment with a comfortable bed.

Cons: The toilet and shower doors were damaged. When we reported this, someone was sent out to fix them. Proper towels would have been nice.

I'd come back here if I have to stay in this location. Clean, wifi, equipment, good price

Pros: Clean, good equipment good wifi, not far from metro, good for the price. I didn't enjoy the swimming pool and gym but they looked very good

Cons: to me who lives in the province in a house : the noise of the avenue during the day only (night is quiet), even the building is not near the road. I think Manila is like that whenever I've spend nights so far. The hot water was not working to me but I'm used to wash like that

Pros: Though it’s a few minutes away from the MRT station, it gives you time to exercise at the same time. Place is neat and clean. Complete with cleaning and cooking materials. No need to worry about being hungry as there are a lot of options in the neighborhood (if you opt not to cook). People are friendly. Host is responsive and nice. Would recommend this place ❤️

Cons: Downside (not the hist’s fault), other people who are also renting are not bothered if they’re disturbing others with their voices. The way they open and close the door. Very disrespectful.

Pros: The condo is very comfortable and accommodating for vacation. The host as well is so kind and very considerate.

Confortable et propre

Pros: Le studio est confortable et offre tous ce dont on a besoin. La salle de sport est appréciable. Avec le personnel à l'entrée de l'immeuble pour aider c'est très simple de check in. Nous avons apprécié la cuisine pour manger quelques repas.

Cons: Je dirai les serviettes de bain nous aurions préféré de vraies serviettes mais ce n'est pas dérangeant. Et nous avons eu du mal à avoir un grab depuis le logement... Heureusement il y a le métro pas loin (5 min en side car)

Pros: Sauberkeit, Unterstützung, Flexibles Ein und Auschecken. Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer verlief top und reibungslos. Kann die Unterkunft vollstens empfehlen

Cons: Alles gut
