Tower Inn Makati Business Hotel

Pros: Excellent location - short walk to Greenbelt, Landmark and Glorietta. It is a good value, simple business hotel. A bit old but clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. Your choice of breakfast is included in the rate. The suite has a good view of the city skyline by Greenbelt. The room is spacious with a queen and a single bed. There's a water refilling station in each floor that has cold, tap and hot water which is convenient and environmentally friendly. We loved the fireworks on New Year's Eve at the rooftop of the hotel. Saw it up close and also enjoyed the view of Makati fireworks and probably up to BGC from the hotel rooftop. We also just walked to the Ayala Center NYE concert and had an awesome time. We will stay here again in our next visit.

Pros: Excellent location - short walk to Greenbelt, Landmark and Glorietta. Friendly service, good value for money, simple but good breakfast that comes with the rate. Water refilling station - tap, cold and hot. They had fireworks at hotel rooftop at New Year's Eve. Hotel and linen are a bit old but clean. Would be awesome if a microwave will be available for guest to use or a self-service laundry same as business hotels in Japan.

Pros: The hotel's location is great just 30 steps and you are in the major department stores of Makati (Landmark. Glorietta). Thank you to the hosekeeping for looking for my wallet. I dont have anything on it. But i thought i placed my 1 credit card there. But after rechecking, I saw I placed my card on another wallet that was earlier with me but covered by paper bills. Sordy. Thank you to their housekeeping and receptionist both guys and their security guard and breakfast guys ...all presented the Filipino hospitality that is harder to get from other parts of the world.. Thank you!

Cons: Please update and brighten ur reception and breakfast especially your hotel exterior facade. With a little updating and more lighting you can increase a bit your price. You also know that there is New Year, why dont you offer hot choco. The guy said someone forgot to buy it. That is a culture of filipinos that you can make your hotel different. Also add some explanation of where and whem you started your hotel so the guest will feel conected.

great stay in Makati area

Pros: breakfast was good. staff was friendly and accommodating when my tv didn't work they switched our rooms very promptly. I felt respected throughout the entire stay from check in to check out. I would recommend

Wonderful stay at Tower Inn Makati.

Pros: Everything went fine, All the workers were nice and courteous and helpful. Breakfast was great too,the cook even made my favorite oatmeal breakfast. Hands up!

Budget friendly for those who don’t mind not being in bigger hotels. Clean .

Pros: We have stayed at this Inn before and liked its location. You could walk to the Makati malls and restaurants.

Cons: Although there was limited choice for breakfast, it was delicious. Some people may not like the limited choice.

Friendly day and night staff, comfortable stay, proximity to Malls and attractions!

Pros: The Security Staff at the front door, the Receptionist and wait staff at Breakfast, are all very cordial and professional. The rooms are clean and the air conditioning worked well, bottles of water are complimentary and so are toiletries such as soap, shampoo, toothbrush, etc! The hotel provides disposable slippers. Water pressure is good. WiFi is available in the lobby only, our SIM card worked very well. Good choices for breakfast. Hair dryer is provided upon request. They have a service for ironing clothes for a nominal price.

Cons: I will return to Hotel Inn, because the day staff as well as night staff are warm and welcoming and due to the proximity to the airport and malls. It was convenient to get around town by Grab.
