Jade Hotel and Suites

It was a great stay.

Pros: The room was great. My girlfriend, my mom and I had a great stay. The guards are very friendly. The rooms are very clean. At first I had doubts since some reviews say that there are cockroaches. But during our stay, nothing was seen. The location of the place was also convenient since it is just a walking distance from Shopwise and a lot of fastfood stores. If ever we'll be visiting Makati, I'll be booking here again.

Pros: The rooms are as advertised, plenty of space, lots of cupboards for storing. The staff were great.

Cons: We chose the breakfast option with the room. However it is a Filipino breakfast. Scrambled eggs (way too salty), noodles, rice, meat, small french stick bread and coffee. It didn't really accommodate for Westerners, just for basic toast, butter, jam and tea options, so we ate breakfast elsewhere. The restaurant we did try one evening, even though they have a great variety on the menu, most is not available. We asked for the Burger and Fries, but burgers weren't available, I'm guessing they only do Filipino food. The pool looks way bigger in the photo's, it's only around 10m long.

Highly recommended for those who will be looking for a place to stay in Makati.

Pros: The 40% discount on food orders for bookings via booking.com was a steal! Their food is also good, kahit na konti ang naka check in that time (because it's a weekday), we were very satisfied with our food orders. Panalo ung clam chowder nila! Highly recommended for those who will be looking for a place to stay in Makati.

Amazing pool with view on Makati

Pros: Clean, spacious & confortable room We really loved the infinity pool So grateful we could extend our check out to 6pm because of a late flight. It was highly appreciated !

Pros: I loved the pool, the scenery in the evening while having a relaxing swim, absolutely gorgeous, the breakfast buffet in the morning keep us from being hungry for most of the day the staff were top people the guy with a smile helping you with bags opening the doors for us, then the administration lady at the front beautiful and professional manners everyone was just perfect and kind towards us and the other guests I can keep going on and next time I'm coming to manila I will definitely be booking at this hotel again from me 10 out of 10

Cons: Just the maintenance of the new built bar was a bit loud but nothing serious to ruin our stay loved it.

Luxury at an affordable price

Pros: The room was incredible. I did not expect it to have a kitchen. Bathroom finally had a glass door, something that was lacking from my previous stays. Breakfast was good too. The upper deck view was breathtaking, along with the pool.

Cons: The lack of outlets near the bed. I mean there was an outlet but it was too small to accomodate my usb adapter for my charger.

It was a pleasant stay at jade hotel, if ever i go back to manila i will go back to jade.

Pros: food is Good but maybe need to add more variety of food, a different set of menus every day would be great. As for the Pool, it's good. As for the room, it is comfy and good.

Cons: so far everything is Good.

Pros: We stayed here end of July and came back as we had a great stay before. Again the staff is amazing, specially the one who checked us in from our last and this stay (forgot her name) and also the security guards. Again a very good stay.
