Comfortable hotel to recharge

Pros: We had a nice stay at Privato Makati. Close to the airport, some nice restaurants in the area, good to stay for one night to recharge before flying back home as the showers are very nice, beds are comfortable, it’s generally quiet to sleep. Staff is great and helpful, they let us stay at the rooftop after check out, and took care of our bags.

Cons: The breakfast was not very enjoyable, relatively expensive, the space felt a bit awkward and not welcoming, the food didn’t taste good. Probably better to just go out for breakfast.

Decent value for money but facilities can be further improved

Pros: It’s not in the central business district, but the immediate suburbs of Makati City are still cleaner than the dirtiest parts of Metro Manila. Pricing for twin rooms are also relatively cheaper than what is usually available.

Cons: It’s not good that they do not have basement or mezzanine parking. If you compare this to HOP INN, it’s clear the owners (not the staff’s fault or responsibility) did not think far ahead enough.

Good place to stay for a few days

Pros: Exceptional value for money. Clean, air conditioned rooms, room service, great swimming pool and restaurant, room service provided, all services provided as asked

Cons: They did charge us for a missing glass, but it was only 100 pesos so I wasn't too bothered.

Nice place for short stay in Manila

Pros: Rooms were small but functional Breakfast very good with good choice Has a gym / pool but gym is pretty basic. Didn’t use pool

Cons: Not many choices for restaurants in walking distance But taxis are cheap

Transit stay over

Pros: The location was in centre of Makati. Quick one night stay while you are in transit. The staff was lovely, the rooftop has a good view of Manila & there is pool too.

Cons: Thought the executive room would be bigger and fancier but it was just basic.

Great stay in Makati.

Pros: The rooms were very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. This is the 2nd time I stayed here in a month while waiting for an onward flight. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Pros: comfy beds, nice rooftop pool, good and safe area to stay in.

Pros: Reception staff very helpful. Had a late check in & late check out. Breakfast could have been a little better choice. Man receptionist very helpful on our arrival. Would stay again here.

Pros: Nice staff, peaceful location and clean spacious room.

Cons: Air conditioning wasn't so good. Even though we adjusted the temperature, we got sore throats.

Nice clean place to stay in Manila

Pros: Staff were friendly. Hotel & room were clean and tidy. Room was spacious and comfortable with decent aircon & wifi. Location was okay. Grabs into the city are cheap. Good laundromat across the road.

Cons: Gym could be better. You’re a drive away from main tourist attractions.
