Value for money. Good staff and great location

Pros: Nice little Cafe on ground floor.. does very nice breakfasts and good coffee. Is also massage on the upper floors. Nice area 7-11 around the corner.. is with walking distance to meals in makati cbd

Cons: TV didn't have very good reception.. but hardly watched anything

Pros: The staff were very helpful any minor problems they were there straight away to help. Also the owner asked me several times if everything was OK

Pros: Small hotel 5 floors..19 rooms...comfy..Good value. Simple. No frills. Clean. Comfortable. Massage in the same building. Has cafe on first floor. Great staff. Clean room. Location is very good..close to stores but tucked in a side relatively quiet street. Will come back. Thank you
