Pros: Location is great, walking distance to Mall, LRT station and main avenues. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Staff very proactive and ready to help anytime, they make the guest to feel welcome. Nice breakfast available 24/7. Room size is ok.

Cons: No lift, only stairs available. Noisy air conditioning.

Pros: Malapit sa lahat. Ang linis ng room and very friendly ng staff. Sana may enough parking space sila para sa mga vehicles din and security guard. Not enough na cctv lang ang meron. But overall, nice place and sulit for its price.

Pros: I like that this location is really close to some of my errands, its right in the middle of quezon city and manila.

Cons: The room is in 4th floor, and at that time i have a lot of things to carry.

Good value for Money.

Pros: Super clean. Staff very friendly and all kinds of foods,coffee etc available , 24hour reception desk. Near skytrain station.

Cons: Aircon little bit noisy and near construction yard too, but not going to be there forever

Clean, very affordable and accessible place to stay near test center

Pros: Staff are all friendly and going beyond expectations to accommodate customers. The location is also very accessible to the test center. Maybe try to change the trash liners daily and just ask permission from the guests to change it.

Cons: I think it will be better to offer sandwiches for breakfast as part of choices. Additional parking can be helpful if expansion is possible. For security, please fix your window locks; it is not working

Sulit (worth it of what you pay for)

Pros: Friendly staff, always ready to help. Delicious breakfast very well served. Good location near Metro station, mall, main avenues, well connected and accessible but a bit crowded.

Cons: AC too noisy. There is no lift, if you stay at 3rd floor only stairs. Construction on going in the neighbor plot too noisy as well.

Pros: Not a bad place at all. Pretty decent place for a budget hotel. Staff is amazing, especially the receptionist, Amy, who is friendly and helpful and would go above and beyond to make sure you have a comfortable stay.

Cons: I had to sort of beg them to clean my room although I stayed for 4 nights..There were such loud banging notices all through the day due to construction work, unbelievable. And the AC unit is so loud that I had to ask for a fan. But the fan was even more loud that I felt like I was standing in a railway station..I slept with no AC or fan on - it was hot, but utterly peaceful.
