Pros: Very Kind staff. Having a lift. A small hotel that wasn't crowded enabled personal service.

Cons: Not having a kettle in the room

Pros: Hot and cold water dispenser .Microwave oven to reheat food..Accessible to stores and mall.

I would recommend this for board exam takers like me because it is so close to the testing site

Pros: The room and the bathroom was clean. The staffs especially the security guards are nice.

Cons: Elevator is out of service and the room is on the top floor. The aircon cannot cool the whole room completely.

Cons: My only concern was the noise from the traffic (kind of a big road nearby) and the air con.But never bothered by other guests noise

Pros: The location of the hotel is good, the surroundings are quiet, there is a big SM within a 10-minute walk, it is convenient for shopping, and there are many food and beverage options around. What I am most satisfied with is that during the week I lived, there were no insects in the whole room. There is a water fountain next to the stairs. The Internet is fast most of the time, but it is occasionally disconnected. I had a power outage while I was living, but the staff quickly restored the power.

Cons: The elevator in the building has never been repaired, but the staff will take the initiative to help me carry my suitcase when I check in and leave.

Nice and clean place to stay.

Pros: Hot water in shower is rare in Philippines, so that was like Christmas to me. Clean a comfortable stay. Professional staff.

Pros: I like the free water and common microwave in the hallway, the place is spacious. The staff and guards greeted us warmly when we entered the property.

Pros: It is close to UERM. I had an operation the next day and it was just walking distance.

Cons: The building is a little old and eerie.

Pros: Great find, nice and quiet and cheap with a mall and loads of places to eat, the army navy burger bar had nice food it's next to the garbage burger King. The room was very quiet but no fridge cold water available from a filter on each floor. If you buy a kettle hide it or you'll be charged 150 peso each day you have it.

Cons: Nothing to complain about really glad Iwe stayed there tho a restaurant would be good.

A good place to stay that's worth the money.

Pros: It's a clean nice room, the staff are friendly and helpful.

Cons: The AC in my room was too loud and the location is convenient for shopping and getting around but not the best for solo travelers.
