Perfect city stay!

Pros: Just about everything. Ideal location for us. And the swimming pool was a welcome bonus!

Cons: There was some confusion about breakfast. It stated breakfast was included but the detail wasn’t explained so resulting in us buying breakfast on the first day. But to be fair to the team, they quickly resolved this.

Citadines Makati is highly recommendable!

Pros: Citadines Makati is highly recommendable! The room was spacious and came with a small, fully equipped kitchen – very convenient and comfortable. The staff was extremely customer-oriented, friendly, and always helpful, which made our stay even more pleasant. Breakfast is served at the restaurant Manifesto located downstairs. It was fine overall; the breakfast buffet deserves a solid 3/5 in my opinion. The location is a big highlight – I would rate it 9/10. Right in the heart of Makati, with a Starbucks just around the corner and a 7-Eleven directly across the street. Very practical and central.

“Excellent welcoming atmosphere

Pros: One of the true strengths of this hotel is its doormen. From the very first moment, they make you feel genuinely welcome. They are consistently warm, polite, and attentive, always ready to help. In particular, I would like to mention Melja, whose kindness and professionalism truly stood out. His friendly attitude and attention to detail made every arrival and departure a pleasant experience. Their presence adds a special touch to the hotel and makes a real difference in the overall stay.

Cons: The omelette station offers very good service, however the breakfast could be improved. Adding natural yogurt would be a nice enhancement, and the current glass bottle for milk placed in water is not very practical.

A peaceful, quiet and superb apartment hotel.

Pros: The service from the staff was excellent. Although I had a little issue when I first arrived. This issue was discussed with Mr Ryle Sylvester and although the issue could not be resolved due to refurbishments. Mr Sylvester attempted to do everything within his power to resolve the problem. A great hotel, that I have utilised in a number of occasions previously. The staff go above and beyond to do all they can to make your stay perfect.

Cons: Everything was perfect.
