Perfect for a combination of work and fun

Pros: The best office to work with two screens I have ever had in any hotel anywhere. There is a very good restaurant downstairs. The room is very spacious and the facilities are top. Everything you need is within walking distance and the neighboorhoud is safe and clean.

Cons: There is nothing to dislike

Great stay in this part of Makati City

Pros: This was my second stay in 2 weeks at this hotel ... for 3 nights this time. I was upgraded to an extra large room that could have fit a ping pong table. It is a great neighborhood and the restaurant right next to the hotel is excellent. The staff is super friendly and welcoming.

Cons: The black-out curtains didn't close all the way, but luckily I always travel with a strong clothes pin which I used to keep them together ... just a general travel tip! :)

Excellent place and location to visit Manila

Pros: Makati is a good location to visit Manila from, not too far for airport, not too far up to Intramuros and the Fort, worth visiting. Businessy/ Middle class sort of area, so nice to wander with cafes and restaurants locally. Picasso is very good, open 24/7 with door security, exactly what we wanted, stayed before our trip up to Sagada and the rice terraces (worth the long bus ride, exceptional) left luggage with them and collected when we stayed back through again. Get Grab app to make departure from airport easy and getting around, makes it all very easy

Great staff, tasteful decorated and functional room and great value.

Pros: The staff were delightful and informative... The room was decorated tastefully with an elegent and modern look with excellent lighting and access to power for my accessories.

Cons: I could not fault the room, every aspect was up to expectation. The only minor factor was the comfort room steamed up quickly, it seemed the extraction fan was not up to the task and the mirror fogged over. I needed to keep the door open to help.

The Best

Pros: Where do I start. From security who were always there to open door, help with bags. Front desk staff everyday helpful, smiling and always greet you. Breakfast was the traditional hotel breakfast but the selection like a Cafe excellent. Now the room. The best ever,so big, modern and comfortable with excellent maids to clean room.

Cons: That i had to go

Our favourite place to stay in Makati

Pros: This is our go-to spot for a restful night after arriving or before departing from Aquino Airport. The staff are very attentive, the location is surrounded by excellent restaurants, and the in-room massage is fantastic. Highly recommended for a convenient and relaxing stay! Greenbelt's park and shopping malls are a few steps away

Cons: This was the first time our bed made a creaking sound whenever one of us moved.

Comfortable and enjoyable stay

Pros: We liked just about everything about this hotel. The location was perfect, the room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. Every single member of staff we came into contact with was brilliant - so helpful and friendly but also highly professional. The restaurant downstairs had great food. I would most definitely stay in the Picasso again when I am in Manila next and I highly recommend it to both leisure and business travellers.

Cons: The glass panel on the shared wall with the bathroom was a problem. Every time one of us went to the bathroom at night, the other one was awakened by the light. It would be a good idea to have a proper wall, not a glass one, as this defeats the purpose of blackout curtains on the window.
