Excellent stay, wonderful staff and fabulous facilities

Pros: This is such a nice place to stay. The staff here are so welcoming and helpful, particularly Kyle on the front desk. The breakfast is great, the gym and pool are lovely and the rooms are clean and comfortable. You can tell how hard everyone works to ensure you have a good stay.

Cons: Everything was great!

Pros: Awesome staff, commending the Front desk team, Ms. Jade and Sir Klarc! Room is good and comfortable plus is the pool. Will be back here.

Pros: There is a bathroom in every room. The kitchenette is stacked with dining utensils and cookwares. Friendly staff. There are restaurants in and nearby the hotel.

Cons: It is not walking distance to major malls.

Pros: We would like to thank front Desk Clerk, Brian. He was very welcoming and professional.

Pros: Feels secure with a guard and non-guest cannot go up the rooms without keycard. The room is large to fit our suitcases. Toilet and kitchenette facilities are enough for overnight stay. The staff are courteous and friendly. Buffet breakfast is sufficient and good to have an in-house restaurant downstairs. Many walking distance restaurants nearby.

Cons: It is still a fair distance to walk to the major malls in SM, Glorietta and Greenbelt.

Pros: Everything, mostly the crew were nice and polite. The cafeteria was also good, sir kent, male supervisor are polite and respectful, all of them are hardworking. The housekeeper were also good. The front desk are approachable and respectful mostly sir amir hasan. We can recommend the hotel to our family and friends. Thank you very much.

Pros: Check-in - thanks for checking us in @ 1:30PM. Breakfast - I requested for breakfast @ 5AM, thanks for the sandwich & hard-boiled egg. Thanks for printing my doc free of charge.

Cons: 1. The room was clean, however, you need to freshen it up - spray it or place an air freshener. 2. On our 3rd day, the AC was dripping with water. I requested to be shifted to a room on the same floor coz it's so inconvenient to move from 1 floor to the other. The reply was no room that matches the same room that we have. Well well well, is it because we are not foreigners? I'm sure if we were foreigners, we will be shifted on the same floor. I was not expecting to be upgraded, I just requested to be in the same floor. 3. During breakfast, there were flies on the food.

It was good experience to stay in the hotel especially if you are going to take the exam.

Pros: The hotel is near to the location of Pearsonvue which is the place for NCLEX examination . It is just a 4minute walk. I took my NCLEX this June and the hotel is good as the staff and security are very accommodating. The breakfast taste so good also 😊

Cons: I could hear the sound from other rooms.

Pros: Value for money and nearest to malls and trident for NCLEX exam. Friendly and accomodating staff. Had water disepenser in the lift lobby. Nice breakfast buffet.

Cons: Noise outside thw room especialy the lobbly can be heard insode the room. Not enough chair and tables for brdakfast buffet.
