Value for money!

Pros: Very friendly staff! The phillipino breakfast was super! Cute, decent hotel totally recommended! Very central location as well!

Cons: All good!!!

Pros: It was good value for money. Although a little worn it was still clean and comfortable. They provided water coolers on each level for free water. Convenient location at Makati. Close to shops and restaurants. The staf were friendly and helpful.

Cons: Although the air conditioner kept the room cool, it is the old window style and very noisy.

Pros: We have stayed here before and know what to expect. The hotel is exceptionally well located for us, all the places we visit are very close. The hotel is in need of some TLC and a general refresh, but the rooms are good, bathroom does all it should. We were initially given an internal room with no window. The reception staff reassigned us a room with window overlooking the road. After a first night with sleep disturbed by traffic noise, we asked to move to a room at the back ( with window), the following 2 nights were quite tranquil. Thank you, staff, for accepting all our demands to change rooms

Cons: See above re traffic noise if you have a street-facing room, or a windowless room

Pros: Staff were very helpful and inviting. Very smooth check in and check out . I required a power adaptor and let me Borrow one. The room was basic, and met my needs . I felt the cost of the room was fair and good value. I felt safe and looked after at this hotel

Cons: Interior is a little aged, but justified for the cost. Nothing exceptional but everything I needed was provided and available

Pros: I've supposed that is terrible, but ok and well situated. Sheets and towel clean

Cons: Reception don't check and prevent ID to be aware who is enter if is a man or a woman.

Good value of money and location

Pros: Staff are very accommodating Julia, Chaw and Inday. The location is close to restaurants, walking distance 3 minutes walk Mercury drug store, Jollibee, Mc Donald and one ride going to Landmark, Ayala Center. Perfect location. Highly recommend and I had been here twice already and will stay in the future.
