Amazing and relaxing trip

Pros: The amenities were incredibly great! Rooms are clean, free Onsen in-house, spa and facial at extra cost but it was great. Received 10 mins complimentary massage upon arrival.

Close to entertainment

Pros: Clean and close to entertainment. Excellent rooftop bar and restaurant

Cons: Expensive meals and drinks

Lovely place

Pros: Staff were really nice. Area is good if you like night life, plenty of good restaurants all within walking distance.

Pros: Drinking water dispensers everywhere! No more creating a small pile of plastic waste just for water. I wish every hotel did this. Big props for not choosing the quick cash grab option of single use water bottles. Most of the facilities including the spa are open late. Well done! No one want to arrive at 950pm after a flight and find they can't use the hot tub they already paid for. Loved the hot tub.

Cons: Swimming pool is too cold! So cold almost no one swims. Makes it more of an expensive decoration than an amenity. Check in process waayyy to long! No one wants to do a mini tax return after a long flight. Just give me the key. I already paid. Streamline this process. Get rid of the deposit system. The cost of enforcing the procedure exceeds the benefit to the hotel. It's annoying to guests, and time consuming for everyone. People are here for holiday - not to do paperwork. And when you're leaving to catch a flight, you need to wait for them to check the room. So you risk being late for your flight. If they fixed these few things, the experience would be so much better for guests and more likely to come again.

Pros: loved the Onsen spa 10/10 to have that included. and the complimentary 10min massage was incredible. great location, walking distance to many restaurants and cafes

Cons: pool area wasn’t appealing

Pros: Food was amazing, especially breakfast. Location was great. Staff were extremely helpful.

Comfortable room with a great view

Pros: Spacious room, relatively clean, comfortable bed with all the amenities a hotel usually provides; nice pool and a cool roof top bar; I didn’t have breakfast so I don’t know if that’s worth trying.

Cons: It’s a bit damp, not spotless clean and tiny stains on the bed sheets. Normally, I wouldn’t mind because it was still a clean, comfortable room but considering the price and the hotel being quite strict about any damages to bed sheets and rooms, I expected more.

Well worth a stay, good quality and very comfortable

Pros: Very nice modern hotel, with good quality fixtures and fittings. The staff were nice, helpful and friendly especially the Bell boy Christian he deserves a promotion. The restaurants were high end. The Roof deck and views of the city were spectacular. The elevated bird cage outdoor pool was something to behold. A shame that it faced North West as it didn’t get any sunshine, it needs to be on the other side of the building!

Cons: I noticed on the evening roof deck that the staff all needed a little extra training and needed to pay closer attention to their clientele. Poor table service with no option to pay directly for your meal or drinks which I found a little concerning and confusing, I also noticed other tables becoming a little annoyed.

Pros: Very good quality accommodation with a nice pool and onsen

Good but could be better from a 5 star hotel

Pros: Clean towels, water dispenser in the hallway. City views were good. Bed was comfortable and space in room was good.

Cons: Air con could have been better. Upon arrival room had a musty smell. Room could be cleaner, dust here and there. Glass outside window evidently not cleaned (but what can you expect so high up) (please get professional cleaners). Hallways smelt very old and musty, please recycle air as this is a 5 star premium hotel, not a low budget one.
