This is my second visit to this hotel and I’ll be back again.

Pros: It’s a comfy hotel in a great spot and the staff are always friendly

Cons: The lift can be slow at busy times.

Best shower in Philippines.

Pros: Close to everything, staff quite helpful, the doorman even held up traffic for me to walk across the street. Plenty of bars in the area if that's your thing. The bed was a bit firm but comfortable. The shower is high pressure, the best that I had in the 6 different hotels that I stayed in while in the Philippines. Although careful of that pressure with the bidet, I almost gave myself an enema, trigger control is very important.

Cons: You have to walk through the rooftop bar and restaurant to access the swimming pool, the lifts are quite slow and you have to wait a while sometimes for them to arrive.

Pros: Everything was good, bathroom room had enamel missing but they showed me pictures, before I moved in. It was ok

Cons: Only had two lifts, a lot of waiting.

Pros: Lovely rooftop. Room is good for price paid, would have loved more lights in the room, but can't complain.

Cons: Only 2 lifts available which is too little for the amount of rooms.

I'd stay again.

Pros: As always, the friendly staff make this place a great choice and in a good location. A tip would be to get a room on one of the upper levels. If you're on a lower level, the elevators are sometimes full, especially when everyone's going to and from breakfast on level 2.

Cons: The only let down this time was the poor Wifi reception.
