Pros: The hotel staff were so friendly and accommodating. Welcoming us to our rooms and call to check happiness of the room. Needed an plug adapter and one of the staff offered to acquire from local shop. Definately stay again when in Manilla

Pros: Though the staff were warm & friendly on arrival, on check-out they seemed confused asking me questions regarding my room key that should have been recorded on my check-in

Comfortable and clean hotel in an excellent location.

Pros: Staff are friendly and helpful and the room has a wonderful view over Makati. The 2 restaurants offer a wide variety of tasty meals in generous sizes and sensible prices - the Cuban themed Cafe Cubana and the 50s themed Filling Station. Location on Burgos Street means you are right in the middle of the entertainment district.

Pros: The room was great and had all the necessary amenities to have a nice stay. The staff were also lovely and attentive!!

Cons: The hotel is located in a pretty noisy and… active neighborhood (its in the heart of the night life neighborhood of Manila) which would have been fine if not for the fact one of my windows couldn’t close entirely… make sure to ask for a quiet room if you dont like a little bit of traffic and nightlife noise!
