Herald suites Polaris made our 5 day stay in Manila very comfortable, we thank the Hotel and its staff members for this

Pros: The inner design is absolutely stunning, decorated in an interesting old fashioned manner it was very pleasant to enjoy this atmosphere everyday! The staff was extremely nice, breakfasts were great and rooms clean and beautiful!

Cons: There wasn’t enough light in the room, sometimes it was really dark, and some lamps weren’t working properly, though it’s just a small negative thing among everything else that was exceptional! Also we didn’t know that the location of the hotel is right near the red light area, and we suggest people to do some research before considering coming to this area…, also the area around the hotel is not watched carefully, there is a lot of garbage right in front of it and on the sides, I think it would be nice to do something with this to make the surroundings more appealing)
