Pros: The hotel is perfect, quality/price, if you know what you are looking for, it is not high quality, and the facilities, bathroom, etc... are not new, but the room is very spacious, the bed is comfortable, the air conditioning works perfectly, and the bathroom is spacious, comfortable and with good hot water . The staff is lovely, friendly and very attentive.

Cons: It is not the hotel for you if you are looking for luxury or high quality, but it is a comfortable hotel in an area full of restaurants, leisure facilities and shopping centres.

Great location, friendly staff and good sized rooms

Pros: My room was a great size with a great view from balcony. Despite being bang in the centre of everything as it's a side street, noise levels were ok. Staff were attentive and welcoming. Minor leak in bathroom needing fixing a little updating. Kitchen with minimal utensils but I had no need to use. Would recommend for a short stay in Makati.

Clean older hotel with large comfortable rooms

Pros: It is a 4 story hotel located steps to Makati Ave, Burgos St and Century mall with grocery store, Starbucks, restaurants and cinema so very convenient to walk. The much larger Greenbelt/Glorietta mall is 20 minutes walk or short taxi ride and worth a visit. The thing I liked most is friendly staff, free filtered water outside room and just the size of room is like small apartment with full kitchen, Ref and gas cooktop but no pots/pans to cook only 2 plates, spoons and cups. Older hotel but has good wifi, large tv with Netflix and no waiting for elevators.

Cons: Shower head needs update but is typical in Philippines. Some pots and frying pan would be nice as there is a kitchen in superior suite.
