Good value hotel friendly staff great area for eating out

Pros: Good value hotel with gym and swimming pool in a great are for choice of places to eat. Able to use gym shower before heading to the airport

Cons: Shower leaked but not a big issue

I love my unit and the bfast

Pros: Very clean also I want to commend yung night shift guard during Christmas day (wearing blue). He brought my suitcase and my ordered food to my unit also he even bought me a bottled water from 7/11 when he knew my baby ran out of drinking water and I couldn’t leave the unit and the baby.

Cons: When I asked for assistance the receptionist called the front door guard and he doesn’t look very welcoming parang ayaw ng nautusan naka busangot to think na it was Christmas day when my baby and I checked in, i dont normally asked for assistance but since It was just me and the baby and i was carrying him I had to I only have two hands and I have a pram, and the baby. Also, the elevator took forever for you to get into the lift nakakaloka!

Good and safe place

Pros: A good economy-class hotel. A good and safe location. There are many different restaurants and shops around. I recommend it.

Cons: The only downside is that in such a large hotel there are only four elevators, and a couple of them weren’t even working. So we often had to wait quite a long time to get to the desired floor.

Cons: Long periods of time waiting for elevators and overcrowding of elevators. Bathrooms need refurbishing

Hotel rate is very affordable and the location is good...staff are very accommodating and attentive.

Pros: Staff in the reception very accommodating and attend well to our concern.

Cons: My colleague noticed hair in the in the comforter and bed cover. Only 1 elevator working and we used the stairs 3x from the 6th floor considering I am 69 years old because so many participants in the training room. Just considered it as my exercise.

Great location and helpful staff

Pros: This is the second time we have stayed at St Giles and the second time was as good as the first great location and nice people. We met a member of reception staff called Jerome and he was extremely helpful with a late check out due to a late flight for us. It was this action alone that makes us want to come back to this hotel.

Cons: The lifts are slow

Great location and affordable stay. Always add the Unli breakfast.

Pros: Room very comfy. Good aircon. Good WiFi Great breakfast buffet. Would like to commend 2 staff from the bay leaf restaurant as being very attentive and kind and helpful. Shiela and Noela.

Cons: During busy times can wait 10 minutes+ for an elevator. Probably due to routine maintenance as the centre elevator didn’t appear to work.
