Excellent value for money popular hotel

Pros: Great hotel. Fabulous facilities and breakfast. Huge rooms. Friendly staff.

Cons: The service at the Firefly top floor restaurant could have been better. We were not given glasses for bottled water and plates were slow to be cleared from tables.

Great value, excellent hotel

Pros: Great hotel and staff, good value for money, comfortable well equipped rooms with universal plugs that take a UK plug. Breakfast very good too. I extended my stay here then as it was fully booked moved to the other city garden across the road (same owners, cheaper but not as good) then came back, then moved again as it was fully booked again. So it's a popular hotel. The restaurant on the top floor is very popular daily, not just with guests but many local Filipinos it seemed. They often had good singers and do good food and it's a great spot to view the city from high up. But that also adds to the difficulty with lifts for guests as most lifts going up are going all the way up to 32nd floor roof. However, I would stay here again if I return to Manila it's an excellent hotel.

Cons: The 2 lifts can be an issue and take a while to get one and as I say, it's made worse because the rooftop is a very popular place most evenings for guests and outsiders

Pros: Breakfast is unbeaten, my favourite across lots of different hotels in SEA . Rooftop restaurant with live music is the best, came for dinner here even when stayed in Discovery Primea. Rooftop pool is a great bonus too. Travel from and to the airport is efficient, never took more than half hour. We recommend the place to everyone who asks about where to stay in Manila.

Pros: Amazing breakfast with an unbeatable selection, excellent staff, and a hotel that feels genuinely luxurious (including a pillow menu). The rooftop bar with live music and the pool were absolute highlights.

Overall great experience

Pros: Room has large glass panels with clear view over the city & large comfortable bed. Good choice of food and drinks on the top floor, level 33 with great views, small swimming pool. Grilled tuna belly is really good.

Cons: The hotel has 3 lifts, but they operate extremely slow.

Great value, clean and high quality food

Pros: Everything! The staff were super friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was wonderful, love the rooftop restaurant/bar as well. Very reasonable priced, really good coffee. We would come back here for sure. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.
