Comfortable and handy to local restaurants and bars

Pros: Comfortable bed, good sized room, handy location to restaurants etc

Cons: Lifts are confusing - easy to get in the wrong ones that won’t let you go to your floor, I believe it’s because their are two hotels operating in the cane building. The lifts in the bathroom are way too dim.

Excellent Stay, will be back.

Cons: Internet was slow, although staff said they were aware and trying to fix.

Pros: First of all, it was a great location. The hotel exceed my expectations and the employees ans service was excellent.

Pros: Overall the Best. My 1st time and seen good reviews so I tried and never failed .Attentive staff , helpful and accommodating. Cha and Leigh in the reception is open for suggestion and happy smile to served always .The Guard and the assist person is well mannered and helpful,refusing tip and just saying happy to served , I missed to take his name . Even it's one day stayed but definitely will come back for more .Good experience and exceeds expectations .Keep it up.

Cons: Because its my 1st time in the place , despite of living in Makati for many years , Poblacion makati avenue been a busy street thats why I don't want much to book in such area , but still Despite of that still accessible, but just the road going to hotel is little crowded . One comment also is the Height of the bathtub 😁, but still ok but maybe not ok for seniors.but still overall.good sevice and place to stay in too.

Pros: Excellent value! The service team went above and beyond, and the hotel facilities felt like something out of a 5-star apartment.

Pros: Affordable yet luxurious. The staff were courteous and helpful, and the facilities, especially the pool and gym, were top-notch.

Pros: The staff at Oakwood was amazing, everyone was very friendly and helpful! The breakfast buffet selection was good, but not ideal if you were a vegetarian or vegan. The gym was equipped with decent machines and the pool was good. The onsen and sauna was amazing and a definite bonus for the hotel guests!

Cons: We went during Holy Week, so around 8pm, it got very loud outside. Our room was right across a hotel pool, so we didn't get to keep our blinds open due to privacy. The bathtub was enclosed in glass with a VERY high side, which would be very inconvenient for elderly or people with mobility issues. The hot water was not hot enough to run a bath, making the experience not enjoyable. The parking process was very tedious, as you need to go to reception everytime you wanted to leave the carpark to get a receipt. The streets outside the hotel had many beggers, making it less than ideal to walk anywhere.

World class hotel, very friendly and helpful staff with a good location for nightlife.

Pros: Breakfast was really good and the room was very nice, too. I used the laundry service and my clothes came back beautifully presented.

Cons: The lighting in the bathroom was not good enough when I tried to wet shave in there.

Pros: New hotel in Makati with nice blue modern touch. I love a hotel with a balcony!
