Best value for money!

Pros: The hotel and the facilities were adequate for the price. The staff was very nice, and the hotel is located on a busy street with easy access to lots of taxies, pubs, bars, and restaurants.

Cons: The hotel need a bit of tlc, and the buffet could do with a bit more variety.

Pros: I have been travelling to the Philippines for over 10 years from Ireland, I always stay in the Berjaya and really cant fault it , it might not be the most modern or stylish hotel in makati, but as far as value for money , great staff and location it is hard to beat , I highly recommend it

Excellent location, spacious rooms, good breakfast. Pool good for penguins who like cold water

Pros: Excellent location. Satisfying breakfast with daily changes to the menu. Room was very spacious with very effective air conditioning. Shower was dated and there was no shower cubicle with the shower rose in the bathtub. Overall this is an older hotel with dated decor and furnishings. However it is priced accordingly and presents good value for money.

Cons: This hotel is definitely a 3 star hotel. Dated but comfortable. The indoor pool was unusable. We went there 3 times and it was always empty. I imagine this is because it's unheated and being indoor the water is too cold.

BERJAYA STILL STANDING TALL WITH OTHERS GREAT HOTEL

Pros: This is my second visit to BERJAYA absolutely I enjoyed my stay and front desk staff very helpful during my check in coz she reminded me she work nigh shift I can't recall her name , all my requests were met. Bed was supper comfy air con very good and shower water pressure was equally great. Good big room as advertised in booking.com , Lot's of food within walking distance,all staff are very courteous I will certainly return again next month.

Cons: Honestly all is well, perhaps for breakfast pls consider have some extra dishes for those not eating pork. Berjaya is a Malaysia consider introduce dish or two like nasi lemak

Pros: Location Staff are Brilliant especially personnel who work at Concierge Aug.20 morning duty He is very helpful and accommodating plus reminding guest about reviews for hotel.

Cons: They clean our room without informing us ,we left for half a day confident enough will comeback the way we left our things but They cleaned and organised our room without informing us they will do housekeeping. But the rest is excellent Front desk are accommodating .

Nice experience at Berjaya Makati Hotel my first time in Philippines🇵🇭

Pros: Location was good, nearby a lot of restaurants, markets. Breakfast was very good, different meals every day and very delicious. The staff was always smiling and welcoming 😊

Cons: - Communication with the hotel was so difficult before arrival. I wrote them from different platforms but didn’t get any response within 3 days. - There was a stain on the carpet. - I stayed overall 6 nights but TV doesn’t work. - The wardrobe doors don't work well, even in the Premier room.
