Pros: The host was very friendly and accommodating. The location is beside a big shopping mall (SM Sta Rosa), which is convenient. The unit has air conditioning, fridge, microwave, hot water boiler, special coffee, toaster, water dispenser, shower with hot water, TV, internet, washing machine, parking, and other amenities. It was a great offer, a real deal value for money for a short stay.

Cons: No offense to the host, the unit is spacious and great, but if that were my place, I would rearrange the furniture and cabinets to look cozier. :-) Peace
