Complete, cozy, comfy, & clean - exceeded expectations

Pros: We stayed in the 1-bedroom unit for 5 days during Christmas. Citadines exceeded our expectations. The unit was so spacious, clean, & comfortable. It feels like home. The staff were also very friendly & helpful. The restaurant Relish offered in-room dining service for Christmas eve & delivered even with short notice. The food was so tasty too. Overall, 10/10 & we would gladly stay here again next time. Thank you!

Our Christmas stay here is superb. We had a view of Meralco xmas lights

Pros: I really love the room given to us with the best view. Also love the breakfast buffet they are so yummy that my husband and i didnt care about our diet 😆 the staff were also very nice. Will definitely book here again. Will highly recommend Citadines Ortigas

Pros: 3 bedroom units. Been booking this hotel for a few times during yearly Christmas to celebrate with extended families.

Cons: Swimming pool. Wish they have heated pools as it is really cold.
