We like our stay in this hotel and recommend it.

Pros: The hotel is in a busy business area,very close to the biggest shopping mall in Manila. We enjoy having very nice foods in different restaurants in the mall. The hotel is not new but our room is very comfortable and all staffs are very helpful and well trained .

Cons: The traffic noise is not good for sleeping.

Pros: Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Location was great… close to mall, coffee shops, restaurants. Laundry service was efficient. Breakfast was good, small range of items but it was delicious. Security were great! Always available and helped with taxis and luggage.

Cons: No frills or added amenities like a gym etc. Coffee wasn’t great. Would have liked a water fountain.

Pros: Value for the money, friendly staff, cleanliness,, free wifi, close to the mall and great location.

Cons: Could have been 10/10 if the bathroom exhaust was working and fixed. Also, some of the room parts are broken like the drawers which are not deal breaker for me. The safety box isn't working and anchored. and no clear instructions which made me not use it. I suggest to make the tv modern/smart where guests can cast video to stream their media.

Good location, friendly staff

Pros: It's within walking distance to big shopping malls, and the location is very accessible and safe. The staff is really nice and accommodating. We also enjoyed the variety of breakfast options.

3-night stay

Pros: It's very accessible to the malls and staff were nice.

Cons: The AC on my first night was leaking, I only noticed it when I was about to sleep at 4am, they offered help (someone to look into it) but I declined as I was tired. I was moved to a different room the following day. They were all helpful.

Pros: I really like the place. It's quiet and peaceful. The place is very accessible to convinient stores and malls. The room is spacious and clean and well-maintained by the house keeping staff. The staff in the front-desk and the guards are friendly. I will definitely come back again next time!

Cons: Sometimes the internet is slow
