Pros: We love every single thing about this property. It is exquisite to say the absolute least. We took up the option for the horizon club and it was worth every single cent for the experience.

Cons: Three of us shared a room and the rollout bed wasn’t as comfortable as I would have hoped. I’m sure an extra mattress would have made a world of difference.

The atmosphere, comfort, and overall experience reflected true five-star quality.

Pros: Location was great. Very accessible with nearby malls and church.

Cons: Can benefit with updating the furnishings. If there can be steam rooms available near the pool area.

Pros: I have a very comfortable stay every time I go to this place. I always want to go back. I like the room, I like the food and the staff is accommodating.

Pricey but with a lot to offer in services (except location)

Pros: It’s pricey but the rooms are great, the gym is excellent and the concierge services are very accommodating. The pool is a little small and full of kids, which is a drawback and the in-hotel shops are either closed or pretty uninspiring. The location is far away from almost everything as a tourist or traveller but the cabs are dirt cheap for a city. It is pricey though!

Oasis in the city!

Pros: The service received from the staff was exceptional and seamless. The connecting path to the Shangri-La Plaza was very useful and convenient. The breakfast selection was excellent. Definitely would recommend!

Cons: Everything was great!

Pros: Location: with an upscale mall just beside the building with whole lots of boutique shops and restaurants Room: of course, expected from a 5-star hotel Staff were very helpful with carrying my baggages. Again, it is expected from a 5-star hotel

Cons: Even though it has a name reputation and in an awesome location, an almost $200 is steep relative to the quality and standards. They failed to deliver drinking water to my room when I asked for one through the 0 hotline on the phone. I had to go down to the lobby.

Pros: Nothing to complain about.. everything’s was there shops, restos,bar name it!
