I love Richmonde. We’ve stayed there multiple times and have always had a great experience.

Pros: The room is clean, comfortable and large enough for my family

Cons: Misunderstanding on my booking about the swimming pool and breakfast

Pros: The hotel staff were very helpful and accomodating when I needed them since I was injured during my stay. They helped me a lot during my stay.

Cons: The room, even if it looks a bit old/outdated due to some of the furnishing but what I didn't like is the shower since it's in the same area as the bath tub. Otherwise, it is still ok since it is clean.

Pros: I’ve always booked at Richmonde due to its proximity to places that I need to get to. Plus my mom and I enjoyed our stay with breakfast.

Pros: The Breakfast Buffet was amazing! I absolutely enjoyed as well as my family~

Cons: There were no cups, plates, or utensils available in the kitchen. This is especially important since there is a microwave, but we couldn't use it.

Sometimes it's not the Hotel itself nor the facilities, but the Staff. We love the customer service

Pros: Excellent customer service. All the staff are very accommodating, polite and professional, especially the receptionist who assists as, if I'm not mistaken his name is CD. And also those in the buffet area. I love the customer service here that's why we keep on coming back here.

Cons: Nothing. I really like the Richmonde Hotel Staff and facilities
