We felt very well looked after 🥰

Pros: It had everything we needed , rooms were spacious and clean , it was the last night of our honeymoon and they gave us complimentary access to the lounge and also complimentary buffet breakfast our room was also presented beautifully to wish us a congratulations on our wedding 😊

Pros: It is always an enjoyable time to stay with family at Westin Manila. The rooms are very clean and the staff are personable. The seasons restaurant is also a good place for dining. It is our second stay and will keep coming back.

Pros: Staff and service are both excellent. Cocktails at the dining at the pool floor was great and everyone was really friendly.

Great location, best beds!

Pros: Loved the location and the comfy beds. The amenities were quite nice too.

Cons: No sauna or steam room available for hotel guests. it was exclusive only to those availing of spa services

Pros: We had an issue with initial room given to us and the manager sir kristoff promptly solved our problem and even took care of us. Thank you to all the staff! The rooms are very beautiful and provides great comfort.

We love Westin Manila 😊

Pros: Excellent service. I didn't feel like an ordinary employee just saving up to book a hotel with the family. The staff is very friendly, and the check-in and check-out processes are very smooth. We absolutely loved the pool area, and the kids had a great time. The facilities are nice and clean, and we appreciated the interior design and lighting. The bathroom is large and includes a bathtub. All complimentary items were refilled daily. The WiFi is strong. We will definitely return.
