Definitely a worthwhile stay.

Pros: Astoria's staff were the friendliest group of people amongst all the hotels we stayed all over the world. Everyone is always smiling and courteous, very helpful and very pleasant to talk to.

Cons: Nothing much, just a little dated on some appliances like the airconditioner and the bath tub. They are not bad, just a little dated.

Surprisingly over and above our expectations!!!👏💯👍🥰

Pros: The staff were very courteous, kind and friendly. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite from our original booking of 1 bedroom. The suite was clean, well equipped, spacious and roomy. The AC's were super cold, the beds were very comfortable, the ambiance is peaceful and quiet. The buffet breakfast was superb and delicious, we got truly pampered and looked after very well from the very moment we walked in and directed to our table. The staff are well trained to look after their guests and were always checking if the service was satisfactory. The complimentary shuttle bus service was a bonus that takes you to Megamall and Shangri-La Plaza.

Cons: The location was a bit of a walking distance to the nearest mall which is Estancia. Good marketing in providing a shuttle bus service to the 2 big malls.

Great place to stay in Manila

Pros: Property was well maintained and clean and the staffs were very nice specially Matthew and Joshua from the front desks

Cons: The waiting area before the check in / after check out tends to get packed . It would be nice if there was a waiting lounge or more area as sitout place

Exceptionally good accommodation!

Pros: Most staff are amazing, one or two were less informed or knowledgeable BUT this did not affect the overall enjoyment of my stay. Location is great and the view from my room is special. I will always choose to stay in the place. Very highly recommended.

Cons: The only regret is my stay at Astoria was short and I didn’t get to eat at the Café.
