Pros: The staff are all friendly and helpful. They make my stay comfortable.

Cons: The elevators and mirrors are dirty, the shower curtain has unpleasant smell. But overall, my room and stay is value for money.

Overall good in the end. Location was good and the 2nd room was clean and comfortable.

Pros: Staff were very helpful and transferred us in the middle of the night to a clean and comfortable room across the hall from a room with a water leak from the AC. Location is good is very near places to eat, a 24hr chow next door and a shopping centre in close proximity.

Cons: First room had a distinct mould smell and a leak from the air conditioning condenser. It was below the pool which needed some maintenance and a clean.

I am satisfied, I have a wonderful stay, I went to different restaurants at estancia because it’s a convenient 15-minute

Pros: Everything, starting with your staff who are courteous and very helpful; the pool though small is just nice for a dip, it’s clean

Cons: 1. Towels, the once white now looks very dirty; I understand it’s dry-cleaned but it doesn’t look clean anymore; can’t imagine how people used them before that it looks this dirty now. 2. Coffee is not automatically replenished, coffee cups were not changed unless asked. 3. Noise very early in the morning from students, who doesn’t care if people are still sleeping

Pros: Very friendly staff always welcoming and polite. Communal areas very clean and comfortable

Cons: Floor towel in the bathroom wasn't changed, room wasn't really cleaned daily, just bed made and straightened up
