Pros: Ambience and location. The room was nice and comfortable.

Cons: The only thing I noticed was slight noise from the nearby room. Also, the lavatory drain seemed to be clogged, which was a bit inconvenient. Hopefully this can be addressed for future guests.

Pros: the overall surroundings was good and it was very clean, the staff are very friendly and polite and the services are excellent and sometime punctual. The facilities are good and I like it since there is available parking spaces for guest/s.

Cons: I think the WIFI internet facilities needs to be improved, because it is little bit slow. I hope they will increase ceiling fan in the each rooms for proper ventilation especially during summer months.

Affordable accommodation with a great location

Pros: Can’t fault it - just what we needed as a family, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We booked 3 rooms and 2 were joined by a door which was great to easily move between rooms too.

Pros: Its clean, bed is comfy, shower is really basic and clean. Good for a night or 2 as u pass thru manila, close to malls by walking and supermarkets, massage

Pros: The hotel was located very close to the place I came to visit, making it easy to hire transport from here. It is one of the best budget-friendly places to stay. Several large shopping malls are also nearby, all within walking distance. The staff were very friendly, and the hotel was kept exceptionally clean.

Cons: Since we did not take the complimentary breakfast in the morning, we have no comments regarding it. However, some complimentary items should have been provided with the room, such as facial tissues, toothpaste, toothbrush, etc. In addition, there should have been some facilities for hanging clothes.

Comfortable stay, though basic and minimal.

Pros: The room at Red Planet Hotel Ortigas is small but very clean and comfortable. The bed is cozy, the air-conditioning works well, and the bathroom has a nice hot shower. It’s simple yet convenient, perfect for a short staying,

Cons: I didn’t like that there was no water station on the guest floors. Guests have to go down to the lobby just to refill their water bottles. It’s quite inconvenient, especially if you need water late at night.

Pros: The place was clean and the location is very much accessible

Cons: The staff that assisted me the night I checked in wasn't accomodating, not even smiling. I understand that there was a line up checked in but welcoming guests and politely assisting them is part of the Jobno matter how tired you maybe.
