We had a lovely stay!

Pros: It is fine. Location is perfect. The staff generally was very helpful.

Cons: The host gave us the wrong address! The mats of the toilet and bathroom were dirty. Used from previous guest! And the toilet was dirty as well. A/c of the big room was too noisy.

Pros: Place same as showb on picture. Comfortable to stay at and accessible.

It was enjoyable and convenient

Pros: Location was so convenient, it is just infront of SM Megamall .

Cons: It has cctv camera inside the room which I think it invades our privacy.

Superb! Great Location and Comfortable Stay

Pros: The place has a nice ambience — cozy, clean, yet spacious, making it very comfortable to stay in. It has a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, big refrigerator, microwave oven, toiletries etc. It's also strategically located: SM Megamall is just across the street, there's a 7-Eleven conveniently downstairs, and even a salon nearby. Everything you need is within easy reach! Perfect staycation for the family when in the metro!

Cons: 3 PM standard check-in instead of 2PM and early check-out at 11AM which is less than a day's rental. But the host was kind enough to accommodate us even before 2:30PM! There's a nice and big flatscreen TV but no Netflix or cable-- we depended on the local channel which was blurred. I didn't bother to ask the host anymore since I brought my laptop.

Pros: The interiors were great. Homy and warm. And great location.. just right between 2 malls.

Pros: The place is big for the unit and great price as well. Opposite to Megamall which is great. Hope to come back again and will recommend to others as well.

Cons: Netflix is logging hard to watch,hope they can fix it, nevertheless all are great.

Pros: The room exceeded my expectation for the price I paid. Its really value for money. Complete amenities, bed quality is superb that's why we all slept very well coming from long hour flight .All appliances are working / functioning well. Dining, kitchen ambience and space is good for family to relax. I appreciate that parking is also reserved. Im glad I cancelled my booking in Condo near Mall of Asia because of high price and no assured parking.Location is just in front of Megamall.Its my birthday when we stayed so I have a great time, Thank you JM & your partner .I hope we could still reserve the same room again

Cons: Confusing lobby and tower to check in, though its indicated in the messages sent by host.

Pros: Absolutely loved the convenience! The apartment was spotless and had a great city view. Being across from the mall made shopping and dining super easy.

Pros: Location was perfect for us as my wife had an early appointment at The Podium the next day. About a 5 min walk away! The accomodation was 1st class, extreemely comfortable and clean with every need catered for, including snacks! Had a wonderful sleep, bed was very comfortable. Smart tv with netlicks etc. Great views of Manila. Right opposite SM megamall so massive choice of eateries, also 7 11 on site. There are 2 beautiful swimming pools available On the top floor, unfortunately we had no time to use them.

Cons: Nothing we didnt like. If being picky could have done with bit more instruction on door locking proceedure. However I understand from host.it was very new, so im sure.this will be addressed

Pros: Great location, quite convenient, literally in front of SM Megamall
