Pros: Friendly staff, good location, connected to the shopping mall, comfortable and clean room.

Cons: The bathtub design can be improved so water from the shower does not flow too easily to the bathroom floor.

Excellent stay in Makati

Pros: Comfortable, clean and spacious room (great bed) with excellent gym facilities - directly connected to a large shopping mall. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

Cons: The area was not very walkable due to large volumes of traffic (main road) and the hallway had a mouldy smell. Otherwise, these were minimal issues.

This is a v good hotel for comfortable sleep and convenient stay. Staff are very friendly and they send you your request

Pros: The beds are very comfortable and the staff and very attentive. Location is great too!

Cons: A bit dated with a bit of musty smell when I first came to the room. But it got better later on. Perhaps it’s the carpet. The lighting is also a bit dim.

Pros: Pleasant staff. Room size and location of hotel in a nice, safe area.

Cons: The carpet in the corridors was not clean especially at the corners. Housekeeping did not put a shower cap etc but were quick to respond. I wanted to check out at 4pm because my flight was at night. They declined and said I would have to pay for an extra day. Customer service should be above and beyond money . An extra 3 hours ! Yet people were checking out. It is not as if they lacked rooms. That was extremely disappointing. No spa ( steam, jacuzzi or sauna)

Overall an acceptable stay

Pros: Comfortable beds and swimming pool for the kids to enjoy. The breakfast buffet was also good and fair price compared to another hotel I transferred from. The bathroom was spacious and kept clean. The requests for fresh towels were provided. I like that it is connected to the mall which is very convenient.

Cons: Upon check out the staff mentioned I have not paid for my airport transfer which is false. The airport transfer has been arranged and paid for upon my check in..there seems to be a miscommunication in your system that did not reflect the transaction. Good thing I have the receipts to show. I do not like the frequent signing of the breakfast bills regardless if they were already paid in full or to be paid daily at the front desk. I understand it is to keep track of the consumption however, I find it disturbing my breakfast. I was also asked if I can hand the money to pay for the breakfast. IDK if that is standard protocol to be handing money to staff and they will pay at the front desk on your behalf. I told the staff I will not pay in cash. I am not happy with the carpets in and outside of the room. I started having bug bites when the kids started playing on the carpet. Probably disturbed whatever is living there. Had I known the rooms are carpeted it is likely that I would have booked some where else. I never liked carpeted rooms as these are not kept clean or maintained properly. Airport transfer was a bit pricey.

Pros: Room is very cozy and big. Recommended to big family

Pros: The staff was fantastic the front staff and restaurants. Very professional and caring. Rizzi at the front desk was exceptional. Breakfast was great and many combinations.

Cons: Little bit further away from main airport area, old town. Otherwise great stay.

Pros: Excellent breakfast buffet. 👌 My son liked the assigned room - best hotel ever, he said. I think its because the room gives off an old money vibe. All rooms are well ventilated with own TVs. The staffs are courteous and accommodate our request. Special mention to Angel, one of the waiters.

Cons: I mentioned in booking.com that we are staying in the hotel to celebrate my son's birthday.. I expected balloons and cake from the hotel but none provided.
