Good for overnight stay

Pros: The location and spacious room, super nice breakfast

Cons: The smell in the room and the floor, nowhere to walk except the shopping mall nearby

Superb hotel with every possible comfort, except for a poor AC system

Pros: Great location, next to Robinson's galleria and mall, with plenty of food choices. Spacious room with plenty of storage space and ample furniture. Bed was comfortable with a choice of pillows. Very clean and housekeeping frequently enquired about my comfort. Staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast was simply superb with plenty of choices - not just the standard Filipino fare which itself was good, but also Western, Indian and Japanese options. Amazingly there are options for vegetarians and vegans too, rare to find in the Philippines. The food was uniformly tasty. A special moment occurred at breakfast, when I asked for a hot chocolate - one waitress said it was not on the menu, but the next thing I knew, there arrived a steaming cup of hot chocolate with a note from the supervisor \

Cons: Brrr ... Cold room. Air Con is set at 18C (64F) apparently in all the rooms and the temperature could not be adjusted despite two visits by engineers and trying alternative rooms. After switching the AC off completely, by the second day, the room became tolerable. I loved this hotel, but the AC aspect worries me about future visits.

Pros: The staff were great, very friendly and helpful, every single one of them. Well done! The room was amazing, perfect size, carpet on floor, comfortable beds and pillow. The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant was spacious and clean. The location is perfect with its mall access. I really enjoyed staying here.

Cons: The swimming pool is shared with another hotel. The pool is too small for 2 hotels, and it was always over crowded. The choice of food in the lounge/bar was very limited compared to other 5 star lounge stays I've had. I would have liked to be able to smoke a cigar and have a whisky somewhere, without having to go outside.

Second Time @ Crowne

Pros: The location next to the very nice staffs from guard to the one in the concierge, check-in check out beautiful ladies, housekkeping staff and everyone

Pros: the view from the room is awesome - facing rizal province. didn't expect also how big the room was. very impressed. also, mall is connected to the hotel so it is so easy to go, eat and shop.

Effective place to stay

Pros: Great location, good rooms, nice executive floor with good service. Connected to the mall and great gym with Anytime Fitness

Cons: Airco in the reception and main areas is too cold.
