Everything was great! I just hope the payment terms were explained much clearer

Pros: I like everything it offered although the rooms are quite dark for my mom who is a senior citizen but the rest are great

Cons: the fees that we paid was not fully disclosed or written in the invoice provided for review. the fees presented at the Booking.com is different from the fees computed by the reception personnel.

Great hotel. Would struggle to find better, especially for the price

Pros: Very clean, larger than most hotel rooms and great to have speakers in bathroom. Staff are extremely professional and friendly. The breakfast was excellent, with huge amount of choice. Only thing we missed was not been able to log onto streaming apps from hotel room. Apart from that, it was a perfect stay.

Will definitely return.

Pros: Being close to big shopping malls and easy access to surrounding restaurants. Special mention to staff Arvin, Anj and Khate from front desk reception.

Cons: No consistency with room amenities. I booked 5 rooms. Some rooms received a welcome cake and pastry the others just apples. Also room Booked for 3 adults. 1 room small to accomodate 3. Noisy on the weekend with next door guests preparing for a wedding. Our room was right below the party area, so bass and vibration was heard all night resulting to sleeplessness. Good thing it was our last night.

Excellent for those visiting ADB

Pros: Excellent breakfast, Excellent Location and Courteous Staff, Nice pool and Gym. Seven11 on the ground floor, close to ADB HQ and Robinson Mall.

Pros: wonderful breakfast, clean dining room, welcoming staff, variety of food confidentiality of he hotel staff, always ready to help & serve their guests, great mattress, great fitness room, brand new multi languages treadmills

Luxurious, relaxing and a great view of Manilla.

Pros: This hotel is a beautiful place to stay in Manila. The location is close by to malls and the facilities and the rooms here are top notch. We loved how the check-in was on such a high level and had a great view, as well as how grand it felt to be there. The breakfast was great too and the rooftop bar was a lovely addition. The indoor pool was great and our favourite part was having a massage daily in the spa area, the staff are so lovely.

Cons: The only complain would be the airport transfer seemed quite expensive compared to a private taxi but other than that, we didn't have any complaints at all.

Pros: Staffs are very helpful . Location is good .Breakfast has a lot of choices of food .I highly recommend to stay here if visit Manila

Family friendly environment, very calm and relaxing place to stay

Pros: Excellent service given by staff. Nice view of the city. Good location.

Cons: The room carpet has a strong odour. The elevator was confusing to navigate at first but staff was there to guide us.

Comfrotable and relaxing as always

Pros: I always choose to stay at Marco Polo whenever I visit Manila. The hotel is comfortable, well-designed, and impeccably clean, with stunning views. The staff are exceptionally warm and welcoming, and the buffet breakfast offers a wide selection of delicious options. However, one downside is the lack of good airflow inside the hotel, which can lead to a somewhat contained smell.

Pros: The best hotel ever , verry nice room and everything in hotel is clean. Staff is verry helpfull and nice. I had a bday for my girlfriend there. The bakery downstairs in the hotel baked a birthday cake in 1 hour. And Marco the manager went with me to 10 flower shops to find more flowers. This service is really great and I have never encountered it anywhere. Definitely staying in this hotel is really worth it!
