Pros: All the staff are accommodating, friendly. The property is very clean, spacious and luxurious. Close proximity to shops and malls.

Great value, great location and staff were exceptional

Pros: Location was great for us. Staff were amazing and very helpful. Buffet breakfast was good with lots of choices

Cons: Would have been good to have a separate bar in the lobby for just drinks. Seems to only have restaurants

Value for money, generally comfortable stay. Could be improved.

Pros: Conveniently located, staff were very friendly and attended to our needs. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious enough for my family (2 adults and 2 children)

Cons: The tiles in the bathroom needed mending. It looked like the grout was chipping off, leaving a trail of white, flaky bits everywhere. The shower screen wasn't a tight fit, resulting in some water leaking out every time we would use it. It made the tiled floors very slippery which is quite dangerous especially when you have small children.

Nice Stay in Alabang

Pros: Since Im from the North, I super like that the hotel is near the skyway. There are nearby fastfood chains too. I like the parking area, there was a bit of smell but it is tolerable. There is also an elevator from parking to lobby. Check in was quick. Staff are polite and ready to assist. The room is spacious, even the CR had a lot of space. Toiletries are provided. Good water pressure, there's rain shower and handheld one. Didnt hear noise from the hallway or the outside traffic

Cons: The breakfast buffet. Some are good, a lot are not. There are plenty of choices but I was expecting some pinoy bfast staples like tapa or tocino, instead I had teriyaki chicken for brekkie. Coffee is the biggest disappointment for me

Wonderful!

Pros: The staff were really nice and courteous. The location was fantastic - really close to restaurants and other points of interest. The room was very relaxing - great option for a staycation.

Cons: It took a while before the extra bed was set up. I needed to follow up 3 times and they set it up around 9pm.

Pros: Customer service is exceptional in Acacia Hotel. Staff friendliness and willingness to give assistance in times of need is beyond my expectations. I got sick during my stay and receptionists organized a nurse to take me to the nearest medical center. It was very comforting knowing I was in safe hands. Hats off to all the staffs in Acacia Hotel
