Mabuhay sa Somerset! Boutique excellence in Alabang

Pros: Somerset is literally our home away from home. Staff welcoming from check in to check out. Smiling, accommodating and friendly! The team are like Tito and Tita to our kids (esp. Jerry and Bong) Location is great near malls, restaurants and highway access. The one room suite is spacious, clean and had a balcony to hang clothes. We also availed of the restaurant and drinks in the evening. Escenscia is a fantastic massage/spa on site too! Special mention to Jed who resolved every request professionally with a smile

Pros: We were allowed to do late check-out without any fees and we appreciate it a lot! We were able to enjoy their pool for the last minute!

Pros: 1)I got upgraded from studio to a premiere suite at no cost! 2)There was ample parking. 3) Checking in was so fast because of the web check in option. Check out was also quick. 4)All the staff were so helpful and quick to respond. 5)Buffet breakfast was great, with a lot of choices!

Cons: I would have rated the place a 10 if not for this. The bathtub gets clogged though it was fixed when the staff checked it.

Welcome Home in Alabang.

Pros: Everything to like from arrival to spacious room (with upgrade). I was working and WiFi was excellent - quick and reliable. Staff friendly, helpful and like family. Location is great and love the massage facility downstairs

Pros: Staff and location. Echo Bong Ryan Antong Beth Justine Celine Looked after me well. Being vegan was difficult but they accommodated me well.

Cons: The fixture and fittings are cheap quality.
