Pros: Spacious and fully equiped kitchen, a washing machine was a bonus

Cons: Have to pay for the pool and have to go to the office to do it, which took ages And they close at 1pm on Saturday, which nobody told us and we missed it

Absolutely loved my stay!

Pros: Great / fast communication from the host! The host let me check in early which I reeealllyyyy appreciated. Very fast WiFi and great aircon. Perfect location - on top of a supermarket and small mall with heaps of places to eat. Apartment was very clean!! Loved my stay here. Oh and the pool is AMAZING.

Cons: That I only stayed one night - I didn’t want to leave!!

Pros: The location is 10 mins walk from my appointment place. The room is very comfortable and satisfying. The security is strict so it is safe to stay.

Pros: The owner/staff was good and easy to approach. The amenities in the unit is almost complete, only you need to do is stay and relax. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a value for money and enjoyable getaway.

Cons: No frying fan.

Pros: Cozy design, extra amenities c/o owner, exceptional customer service (they go out of their way to help you)

Cons: the router had to be refreshed before it finally worked and TV didn't connect automatically

Pros: Close to the mall. It also has a washer in the unit, so it makes laundry very convenient

Ok stay but stressful upon arrival.

Pros: Everything is as described. Price is acceptable for the property.

Cons: SM Jazz (and I think every SM property) has this requirement where you need to submit an ID with photo before arrival for the gate pass and had to be processed before arrival, where the admin office is only available until 6pm. I almost did not get to stay because I booked this stay while before boarding a long-haul flight from the US and only got to see the property's request for a photo ID when I arrived in Manila just before 6pm. Kudos to the property owner for rushing the submission for the gate pass. But I find this such a hassle and this detail should have been immediately made known even prior to booking.

Pros: Excellent place and smooth check in and location everything was great and spot clean bed and pillows so comfy

Cons: Only downside is the curtain don't cover the glass door to the balcony and all the light enter in morning

I had a very comfortable and convenient stay

Pros: I like the host very accommodating It’s highly recommend, the place was clean and very convenient

Cons: I like the place because it’s near to the embassy
